Cherokee County, Northwest Iowa | No, friends and neighbors, neither my wife nor I had a problem lately, but we just got to wondering what is the proper thing to do-Do you call the police, or just exchange names, phone numbers and insurance companies? Assuming such slow speeds that no one could possibly have been injured (none of this "Oh, my neck really hurts" routine.) , but just wrinkled the fender/bumper just a little (which these days probably turns into several hundred dollars in a heartbeat.)
I plan on asking both my insurance agent and a law enforcement officer some day-just curious what you folks have experienced.
