So Illinois | I know it doesn't sound very apealing, but is pretty good. Had some for supper last night. Has a consistency like rhubarb but with the different spices added, it took on flavors of other pies. Had cinnamon in it so you got a hint of apple. With nutmeg and allspice there was a hint of pumpkin. If I would have been blind folded, I would never have guessed it was green tomatos. | |
