A friend of mine who reads the WSJ sent me this article.  I am dabbling in the cattle business and he thought I might be interested. 

     I post this not as a catalyst for an argument over the best way to raise beef, but because I thought it was interesting what is being printed in one of the most read papers in the U.S.
