5 to 10% LESS calf crop due to weather this year

that simple.
By the time everyone adds up a few cows that passed on in the winter, and has a bunch of weaker cows calfing...the calf crop is weaker too.
Folks are losing more than normal this year.
Seems like alot of folks who were used to weaning say 90 to 94% will be in the 87 to 90% range this year.
It's pretty much nationwide on the weather affect too.
