Montpelier Indiana | Well, the real name is Banana Dressing. My Grandma used to make this, us grandkids gave it the "snot" name.
Combine 1/3 cup sugar
1 round (eating) teaspoon flour
Pinch of salt
Add to 1 cup boiling water. Then add 1/2 teaspoon vinegar and 1 tablespoon butter. (May be
thickened with cornstarch if desired). Cool, then pour over sliced bananas and
sprinkle with ground peanuts.
