Subject: Deere 8100 scv coupler cam


Red River Valley, North Dakota
Anyone ever had one of the cams break off from the rod that helps release pressure and uncouple hoses ?

We had one break, but can’t find the piece. Where could it end up ?

Can we replace by just removing both coupler cartridges and rotating the shaft ? There is an Allen head screw that goes in from back side the way parts diagram looks.

I’ll attach a photo of the rod and the two cams
