West KY | I'm getting a roaring noise and very slight vibration from the front end of my f150. More prevalent when it's cold( but not always when cold) and going 20-40mph. Shade tree mechanic looked at it and first thought a wheel bearing, but drove it/ looked at it said that wasn't it. Also didn't think it was a hub grinding. He thought something in the front differential and more than he wanted to tear into. Is this a common or know issue to have front differential issues in these trucks? Truck has about 80,000 miles on it. | |
