Subject: Axial flow unload auger rebuild

Looking at a new to me 2388. All looks good for 3k separator hours but vertical unload is sharp edged and starting to bend back
Rather than run to failure and deal with it at harvest and full thinking of replacing it
Private sale and seller doesn’t want to do it but admits it needs done
So thinking aftermarket parts unless advised here to not use them. Any comments on specific OEM to use? Do they make a heavy duty version that will bolt in? Machine is a corn soy version. Did they make a rice version that had heavier wear parts I should consider?
Have a fork lift and I will get the shop manual so thinking it should not be too bad if a repair
Any advice ?
Seller seems to be willing to give some credit for the repair but looking for a fair number to start with
