I am looking for a produce chopper, mostly for dicing onions, that is easy to clean and use, yet will hold up to lots of abuse. I'm part of a volunteer community organization that does alot of community feeds, yet whatever chopping instrument we've bought always ends up either broke, dull, or parts go missing. I'm not sure how, but they do.

Is there a one that can easily be moved on and off a counter top and easily cleaned? It doesn't have to be high capacity, we only use about 10 pounds per time, it just has to stand up to multiple people using it.

I recall someone on here had something to do with food service at some point.
