Subject: 95% domestic SAF isn't high enough.. we're NOT going to subsidize the Comp

The Biden administration is doing a rethink on the SAF tax credit 45Z Production Tax Credit.

Biden stated, I'm "confident that 95% of SAF will come from feedstock from US agriculture.   The GREET model needs to factor in the best science."

That IS NOT Acceptable.. If the US is gonna do this.. then 100% of US and ONLY US feedstock should qualify for any IRA credits and or subsidies!!

Why in any way shape or form would we be handing out massive subsidies to our competition?

If we're gonna do that.. we might as well scrap the whole thing and start over.
