IL | Our son has been applying for jobs. In the last week, he has tried to find out the status of his application 4 different times by email and text. ( a singie individual is responsible in this situation, and they had spoke via phone 2 weeks ago when he applied. Now, he’s trying to find out his status, so he can move on, but no reply . He can tell the messages have been read.
A year ago, he applied for a position and waited nearly a month for any reply (. That was the rough timetable for applications.). When he called to check on his application, they replied “ we forgot”
What is the excuse for this lack of communication?
He has been accepted into an online masters program, so that will keep him busy around helping me . | |
