USA | Going to raise the rent another 25-50% for deer hunting.
Was getting $10,000 year before 2023. Raised the rent in 2023 to $20,000 minus $1000 per doe killed, with 10 doe max killed . I really thought this would get several does eliminated, this past year. They killed zero does. Due to their lack of performance told them was going to find some different hunters to rent to.
Called Friday wanting to know if would reconsider letting them deer hunt again.Told him rent was going to $25,000 minus $1000 for every doe killed, with 10 doe max . My guess they will pony up and go again.
If they don't kill any does rent will be up 25% , if they kill 10 does rent will be up 50% from where it was in 2022 .
