NEND | I use Outlook 2010 & have my email set up to leave them on the server, so I can check email on multiple devices. I like to save certain emails for future reference, but they don't need to be on my providers server. I tried to follow instructions I found online to do this. I successfully created a new PST file. Everything went fine except I can't see any emails I copy over to the Offline folder. When I click on one of the offline folders, Outlook says "There are no items to show in this view". The emails are there, but I can't see them. I can do a search in the folder and find emails (by clicking on the little folder with a magnifying glass on it at the bottom of the folders list under the new offline folders list I created, not in the search box above where the emails would normally be seen). It even shows there are 7 unread messages in the folder. |
