S.C. Minn | So we have an HP printer that uses Wi-Fi to connect to phones and laptops to print. It cannot stay connected to our WiFi. My wife can be printing along just fine from her laptop and then 5 minutes later go to print and her laptop will say the printer is off line. Sometimes we will wake up in the morning and and it has printed our documents that we tried to print the day before. Very frustrating. Everything else in our home stays connected to the router and WiFi just fine. But the printer cannot stay connected even though the printer is less than 10 feet from the router. Everything else in the home stays connected just fine even though those items ( security cameras, phones, vacuum, radio, tv and etc are much farther from the router ( 40 + feet ). This is our second HP printer and they both have had the same issue.
Is this an HP issue ?
