Gary Taubes presentation. Two peanuts a day. Or four olives. That is how closely a person would have to balance energy in vs energy out for the eat less move more energy balance model to work. Calories in vs calories out.

Perhaps a different hypothesis is in order for weight management.

29 hours and three airports after we left our house and we made it. No hiccups.

The place we stay is hopping and full. Ususally the first week we arrive it is dead and things pick up right before Christmas. We need to start coming a week earlier but that would cut into a week in Arizona :-(

Not going to do that. Bonaire is getting way too busy. Used to be a kind of sleepy little place. Now cars and people and cruise ships everywhere. But glad we are here!
