N. IL | I have an Ipad for Fieldview that was set up with the salesman's email account in 2019. It worked, so we never changed it to our account, didn't use it the rest of the year for anything.
He has since changed jobs and no longer has the email (and doesn't remember the password) that was used when he set it up for us. We only use the Ipad for Fieldview (non-cellular).
I need to update the Fieldview App for harvest but won't allow me to do it without the Apple ID password. Is there a way to reset this Ipad with my account instead? | |
