Southern NJ | It's getting dry here and doing the usual pivot maintenance and testing out the systems to see what kind of surprises we'll have this year. I ran into an issue with one of my reinke end guns. I'm certain that the 5 hp booster pump is coming on and running but there is basically just a spray coming out of the end gun. I was working by myself so I couldn't do as much trouble shooting as I wanted but the only thing I can come up with is there is some sort of an obstruction limiting the flow of water through the impeller. Am I missing anything here. Would it be possible to try and force water backwards through the end gun to see if there is some sort of an obstruction there or do I just have to go ahead and pull the booster pump. | |
