King City, Mo | So was scrolling on fb reels the other night and came across
charles m hatfield and how he mixed 20-23 chemicals and had them evaporate and it made supposedly made it rain.
One problem was in ca one time he did such an effective job it kept raining and caused flooding.
Some say it was just lucky timing when he had success and he was a con artist.
They say he took his secret mix of 20-23 chemicals to his death with him.
Anyway i found it interesting and plan to do more reading or video watching on him.
