| I have Hypro tips ULDM I use on my Deere 612R. They perform fine. My grievance is with the cap, a jinky two piece design. I have a hard time removing them from the nozzle body. The closer to the middle the worse it is, I suppose from the extra dust there because I believe the dust gets into caps nooks and crannies. I would not recommend this design. I'm thinking of ditching the Hypro caps and using Tee Jet caps. I'm trying it tomorrow. Oh one more thing. This is really weird. I removed all those tips today to clean and inspect. I would hold the tips up to the light to see if I could see though cleanly. I found a couple that I could not. Whatever was in there was hard and would not unblock. What could it be? I was stumped. So I figured out how to dismantle the tip and inside I found a u shaped plastic piece that obviously was part of the design. After cleaning all 72 tips , 8 had the extra internal piece, the rest didn't. What the hell??!! | |
