With grains tanking and some thinking the parties over will there be a crash in land prices. Or are there still to many people waiting for cheaper land prices to buy like myself keeping it held up? I’d love to get me some land at $10000 for a good 80 but it would have to come down a lot. With new crop prices today what is 240 aph ground worth at 6%.
