Illinois | Lost an email file on Outlook 365. I have looked at Google links for help and none of those have worked. Any ideas ? I think the tech error was while accessing email files on a smart phone instead of a laptop like i usually do. The file doesn't seem to be deleted as when I go to the move file to, it still gives the choice of the file that I can't seem to find. So I can move emails to the file but still can't locate it to view. TIA | |
