Southern Indiana | Heifer calved about 2 weeks ago and didn't seem to have any milk. A local guy (runs around 300 head) said give her a chance, sometimes it takes a few days. After a few days she did have some milk but apparently not much because the calf was always nursing.
Today I gave the calf a bottle and she drank it and wanted more.
If she doesn't have much after 2 weeks she's never going to have much, is she?
