SE Iowa | finally decided to get a smart phone after using flip forever. U S Cellular had free phones when I walked in, did not know this when I went to get one. Anyway I got one in what appeared to be a new box and phone looked new. When I get it home to put in my contacts list I had to delete probably 150 already in the phone. So I assume someone had the phone before me. I plugged in my local weather station and it is not even close to local forecast. Shows temp as 17 degrees not the 60 we currently have. I'm thinking they dumped a junk phone on me. Is this a common practice for these stores?
