Indiana | Was curious if anyone has an answer for me. Currently have a steady steer setup we've been running and love the setup. Looking to add another tractor and was specifically looking at the older Cat tractors. I have read on the steady steer FAQ page that Deere and Challenger track machines are not supported by this system. I know a few people running older ontrac setups on the older Cats and they work fine, and I've been told the steady steer WILL work on the older Cat series. Can anyone verify for sure if this setup will in fact work on those tractors? And if not any explanation on as to why the newest version wont but the older ontracs will?
