Subject: Rain helping corn

NCSD
Last rain here was on July 7th. Corn at that time looked excellent. Last night we had the first rain since then received .07. The corn still looks very good for the most part. Anywhere from blister to milk stage now. The last two days before this rain was about 100 with 30-35 mph winds. My question is how big a deal do you think this rain was? I’m extremely happy we got something. But wondering if anyone else thinks this is helpful or not?
