Long ago I had Adobe ImageReady 7 and I'm not ever going to upgrade for the little use I have of it.  But it will run on Windows10 which my Corel Photo-Paint X4 will not.  It appears that ImageReady might make video but if does I have no idea how.

There is no Create Video on the file menu, only new etc.

I'd like to make really short videos sometimes for one reason or another from pictures.
