I am going to be painting or coating a pole barn metal roof. Couple of thoughts are: 1 Paint with quality paint like SherwinWilliams or 2 Coat with "elastomeric type coating example: from Home Depot (Cool Guard by Lanco.) Please give me your thoughts, experiences, etc. I am located in NW Ohio near Lake Erie. Thanks for all in formation.
