IL | I farm some ground that cannot have any atrazine sprayed on it. I burnt my corn ground on this farm down early, and planted the corn about 3 weeks later. I notilled the corn, and was hoping to hold of spraying until I get to sidedress. I won’t be able to sidedress for about another week, and it’s needing sprayed. Some places are still fairly clean, others are getting bad. I’ve run Halex GT in the past, but wasn’t happy with the dual (yes I had to rain activate). I was thinking about just running Callisto, round up, and using anthem Maxx instead of dual. I felt this would lead to better residual control, and the cadet may help the callisto. Since I have applied nothing else, what is the full rate of Callisto I can run?
I was thinking about running 5 oz of Callisto, 32 oz of 5lbs glyphosate, and 3 oz of Anthem Maxx. Then hopefully side dressing next week.
Retailer recommended generic Callisto called Incenerate. Has anyone run this, good or bad?
