| Hey there,
So I won't get started on how much Trimble frustrates me for ruining Farmworks, I'll jump to the question.
I have WM Drain and access to hi quality DEM Geotiff files of my county. I want to get topographic layers into Farmworks so I can design some drainage plans without having to physically survey them. I have heard it can be done, but for the life of me I cannot find instructions on how to do it.
I use QGIS to look at the Geotiffs and clip them down to a reasonable size (80mb), but in Farmworks when I try 'importing background' under my field name, it loads, but says the geotiff isn't calabrated and must be (although it works fine on QGIS). When the Calibrate Image software pops up, I receive an 'Error -314' and I cannot view my geotiff.
When still in QGIS, do I need to change the geotiff into a particular CRS or datum for Farmworks to read it correctly? What am I missing, or am I going about this completely the wrong way?
Thanks for the help.
