Schlegel Farms, Hagerstown Indiana | I have been seeing a whole bunch of Facebook Market Place ads for $800 lawnmowers.......the trouble is, they are $12K - $20K mowers.
I used the Google picture scanner thing and found several of the real mowers on actual dealer lots....on Facebook it may say the mower is in Indiana when it's really at a dealer in Florida. They use the dealer's photos and descriptions.
I have just been checking the box that alerts FB that the ad is a scam, I've probably done 8 or 12 that way.
Last night I thought what the heck I'll answer one.
Below is our correspondence so far ....... I'm trying to decide how I should reply ......I'm thinking along the lines of something about the non-existent "title for a lawnmower" (is that a thing in any state?).
