I moved my desktop computer into a different room. I plugged it in and it started booting then it pretty much shut off. I opened the case up and it has a case fan that is almost locked up. Would that have been enough to take out the power supply? I built this thing myself, along with 2 other pc's but still fairly new to diagnosing what's wrong on them.
