Subject: Turning up a woods lawnmower????

Obion,TN

I have a 6215 Woods mowing machine with a kubota diesel engine. It lacks a little power. Have any of yall ever turned the screw on one? If so which way and how much? I found the screw with the seal on it so I figure that is the one.
