Subject: putting wet corn on top of dry corn

My fans suck air out the bottom of my bins.

If I fill my bins a third full and dry. Then add 19-20% corn on top. Then turn fans on again. Will the moisture from the top corn be added to the bottom corn? Or will it pass through without adding much moisture?
