Subject: Burn down in hay field

W-Central Ohio
Had a hay field burned down first part of June right after first cutting. Got 1/2in rain on it the following day. Waited 5 days and no-tilled beans. Beans look great but so does the grass and alfalfa that didn't kill. Looking at my spray bill I noticed they only used 15pz/acre of round up. Does this seem enough? I relied on them to make sure I had a good kill but I feel they let me down- Guys I have talked to around here have told me the spraying guys should have went for the max alloud to kill alfalfa? Are they banking on them spraying the second time to make more money?
