| I have two customers with IH 7120's pulling 12 row semi-mounted planters. Both tractors have saddle tanks. They are both using EZ Guide 500's/omni with EZ Steer. I have them both driving real close to the line (0-2")but I can't seem to get the tractors to quit making big corrctions. When the tractor makes these big corrections it makes the planting a little wiggly. I have tried messing with the standard angle turn and aggressiveness but have done enough tractors to know that's not the issue. I have re-calibrated the roll, messed with antenna offset and wheelbase(that helped some). I have tried diff lock on and off. They have both had a soft reset.
I am wondering if I am missing something because they don't drive as nice as I am accustomed to. Currently I am thinking that the saddle tanks and mounted planter combination is making it hard for the ez steer to stay online.
Any help would be appreciated.
