The last few days have been strange, and most of it is probably credited to the volatility that wheat has been showing. Do any of you think that all 3 (corn, beans, and wheat) could possible see a major set back before the planting intentions (acreage report)?
It seems that every pullback is met with renewed buying... or is it the big players shorting and covering? Are we in a range where we will see wide swings on a daily basis?
The only thing that could possible shake this all up is if wheat goes down, and then down again, and then down again... much like we witnessed last fall. If this happens, I think corn and beans could follow suit.
Right now, I want to see February finish strong to keep the crop insurance prices high.
My rambling is now over. | |
