| My $$$ manager friend made a point this morning, of which I was unaware. In regard to many of these large ethanol & bio plants, their financing agreements with the major lenders include a "shut down" prohibition except for maintenance. I am sure under some circumtances it is negotiable, but quite a few apparently must grind a minimum bushel amount.
