Casey IL. ( I -70 ) then south on rt.49 | I have been wondering about the amount of yung people that are enterested and capable of raising livestock. I just had a friend sell out last Tue. and 3 yrs. ago another friend got out. There are 3 of use left in 30 mi. around. Got to have yung one's enterested in raising calves to have enough calves for the feed lots. I know it is hard work but we all cann't farm 1000's of acears.
Just wondering what other people are thinking. I am 60yrs. old having fun raising cattle but no one to go on. How many others out there.
Curiouse what age of cattle men is out there and how many have someone to curry on.
