Subject: Auto-steering for a NH TM190

Woodham, Ontario
Just brainstorming about how to improve mowing and considering using some type of autosteering with a multiple mower setup. Last week I demoed a JD 7930 with autotrac universal and liked how it worked. Can this system be fitted in a New Holland TM190? The rest of our tractors are green and the Deere dealer seems to have more experience with it.

Also considering getting a autotrac ready 7930. Would the built-in system work much better than the autotrac universal?

Having a mower on the front of the tractor and the receiver on the front of the cab made for some interesting steering (over)corrections when approaching it poorly, but after drving it for an entire afternoon, I am certainly aware of the posibilities.

What other systems are good? On the TM190 I would probably use something that can be relatively easily installed and removed since it's main task is actually feeding cows...
