Subject: AgLeader Direct Command Issues on Deere Sprayer

How is everyone getting along running AgLeaders Direct Command on a John Deere sprayer that is either a 2007 model or older models with the latest firmware updates in the Spraystar.

We have a deere sprayer that is a 2007 model 4720 with Direct Command. We are having issues with the minumum pressure on the deere. Basically what is happening we can start spraying and everything is fine, then when we turn around in the headlands and come back out the Direct Command kicks the booms on,but is not at full pressure, the spraystaris showing dashes(which is new to either model year or firmware), once go about 100 to 200 yds the deere finally gets to full pressure, dashes go away and things a great until we have to turn around.

We tried replacing modules on ag leader components and also updating agleader firmware to lastest versions but still no luck. If we take the Ag Leader components completely out of the mix the Sprayer works fine.

I guess if anyone is running on this model year, what firmware is on the spraystar?

Support with both deere, agleader and dealer has been great, but still not fixed.

Any ideas with tech would be great. This system worked fine on the 4710 sprayer but not know.

Thanks
