We are in dire need of a replacement. I have a recent college grad dying to work on a farm even if it means it's not top dollar compared to what he could. He grew up on a farm, has welding certification, has a CDL, good physical shape,etc Does anyone have an idea what I should offer him? Any ideas would be appreciated.
