Subject: DeWalt tools

Audubon Iowa
Looking for a 3/8" DeWalt impact driver. Local farm store is having a sale. Is now the time to go to Lithium Ion batterys? I would like to have the advantage of the use of the 18 volt batteries (have 4) to use. The Lithium batteries are 12volt therefore will need another charger. Which really wouldn't be disadvantage. Evidentely the 12volt are powerfull or will they move to a larger voltage making the 12volt obselete in the future? Also on sale is a Nano Lithium battery that will work with all my present tools, another option. Need to take down a steel corn crib ASAP and resurect it as a Gazebo. A work in progress at the present.
Thanks. Gene
