Idaho | I made dinner for my parents today, I am still learning so any tips on Dutch Ovening are appreciated. I cooked the bacon and onions first then took them out so they wouldn't burn while cooking the spuds. I added water and mountain dew to cook the spuds, then added dry ranch packets for added seasoning. When the spuds were just about cooked I added back the bacon and onions, then topped off with some shredded Colby cheese. I made my own breading for the chicken out of flour and some seasonings. Everyone said that it was great but they might have been being nice.
