High Springs, Florida | Had several handfuls of Caribbean Red Habaneros, Hot Banana, and Ancho, plus some tomatoes and garlic from the garden. De-stemmed, and seeded, put everything in the blender and pureed it. It is now cooking on the stove and the jars are in boiling water. Should get several half pints. Man is this stuff potent!! Has a nice sweet background as well as the heat. It's going to be good!
