Mascoutah, Illinois | I was curious if anyone watched "Conspiracy Theory" last week hosted by Jesse Ventura? He went to southeast Alaska to investigate a government project known as HAARP. HAARP allegedly is capable of knocking out satellites, shooting down airplanes, offering a missle defense shield, mind control, and weather control. It was the season pilot and one heck of a show. Ventura had never heard of the project until he was tipped by the son of the architect of the project and decided to investigage. The ability to control the weather was mind blowing and made me wonder...
