Had a salesman from GCC stop by the other day bidding cement at $76. That's down about $20. Contractors can get it even cheaper. I always thought that concrete was a racket. I was told there's competition between two local companies. Anybody else see prices drop? This price is guaranteed till May 1. (NW Iowa)
