| As in the trash company waste management.
Anyone have any good stories?
In as recently as the last year or 2 they acquired a more local trash company that had been servicing us with a dumpster.
I have no issue with the service they provided us since then but I wanted to cancel for a few other reasons.
I finally got a hold of someone today and was pretty much told that I signed a contract with the other company that has to be honored and I can’t get out of it until August. It’s only 500 more bucks to go to then it’s not that big of a deal.
What makes me mad is I have had the service for 10 yrs, they claim the contract renews every year automatically. In the mean time they keep sending me letters saying I don’t have a contract or it is expired and I need to renew one.
Anyway I felt like they were strong arming me pretty good and I’ve had neighbors that say they’ve done the same to them.
Just curious if anyone else has had any dealings with them? | |
