and some question whether it can be avoided either way.. but if we don’t get a debt limit agreement.. and even if we do.. if we don’t curb government spending.. does a fiat currency debasement support hard asset prices?

long story short.. are we on the edge of becoming Venezuela?  Where you store wealth in hard assets vs worthless paper ones?

(And am I too slow for posting the obvious?). We crossed the threshold somewhere around or before Covid..??
