Got a chance to buy a used 500 gallon skid tank for scrap price. Haven't seen it yet. Only know it is rusty inside. Any thoughts on how to clean it out. Would like to stock some gasoline for the antique tractors, lawn mowers and such, plus some say gasoline is going to $4 a gallon again by summer. New tanks are outrageous in price.
