Bonanza, Or
Here is my understanding of what you are trying to do.
800 GPM lifted 150 feet elevation through 4000 foot of 10" pipe to a pivot that is 1822 feet long and you desire 50 to 60 PSI at the top of the pivot point, so lets use 55 PSI.
You have 150 TDH for the lift, 2.5 TDH for the loss in the 10" pipe, 2.3 TDH loss for the pivot standpipe, and you need 127 TDH to run the pivot, that leaves you at 40 PSI at the end of the pivot.
You need 282 TDH total so lets call it 285 TDH.
Using Cornell's program that takes 84.3 HP if you use 1 pump (4HC 100 hp 15.75" trim 70% efficient) and you would need 160 PSI IPS pipe.
If you can put one pump in the creek 37.2 HP (4RB 40 HP 12.38" trim 82% efficient) and a booster at the pivot point 30 HP (4RB 30HP 11.44" trim 1775 rpm 84% efficient) and you could use 125 PSI IPS pipe.
Hope that helps.
